SARA COMMUNITY ROWING ENDOWMENT FUND

First taking to the water in 1876, the sport of rowing is one of the longest reigning sports in the region and in the history of Syracuse University. For close to 150 years, the Orange rowing team has made its home on Onondaga Lake and has competed around the United States and in the Henry Royal Regatta in England. The Syracuse Alumni Rowing Association established this fund to aid, encourage, foster, support and promote the sport of rowing in Syracuse.
